Running Cranston: 3 Mile Run in Eden Park and Garden City

This 3-miler cuts through the southern part of Eden Park and up through Garden City. A small portion of this run uses Reservoir Avenue, but that's really the only negative. Most of this route is great for running; not too many motor vehicles, plenty of shoulders and sidewalks, and even some decent scenery in and around the parks and ponds at the start of the run. The terrain is mostly flat, with a slight slope at the start and a gentle incline through the Garden City portion of the run.
